The pharmacological experiments on isolated organs (ex vivo) are the preferred method for assessing primary pharmacodynamics of studied drugs, since this is completely excluded systemic influence neurohumoral regulation. In last decade, a new group thrombolytic drugs based immobilized subtilisins has been formed. At stage registrational preclinical and clinical studies, their pleiotropic effects have not studied. Meanwhile, there reason to consider that activity in bloodstream limited action, but may be extended effect cardiovascular system. aim study was investigate chronotropic an heart during its perfusion with solutions at different concentrations. Material methods. rat model according Langendorff used study. experiment included 50 Wistar rats, which were divided into 5 groups: hearts perfused only Krebs – Henseleit solution (control) or 4 concentrations (170, 340, 510 и 1020 U/l). Results discussion. negative effect. onset depends drug concentration solution: higher concentration, earlier From 10 minutes perfusion, observed using any dose. duration increase manifested up 10–20 minutes, depending solution. After 20 achieved remains plateau level 40 minutes. Conclusion. independent rate.
